- All patients are expected to know their massage coverage through their personal insurance prior to their massage appointment.
- All appointments billed through insurance are Charged at the Full insurance price until the patient's deductible is met. At which time a COPAY will be collected for all remaining appointments for the year. If a patient overpays ( for example: if deductible has already been met and has overpaid) there will be a CREDIT with J Logan Massage Co to be used towards remaining COPAY'S or any accrued insurance bills.
- It is important that patient's are aware that they are responsible for all charges incurred by J Logan Massage Co should their insurance company not hold coverage.

Auto accidents are more common then all of us would like, but therapeutic massage has been proven to aid in the healing of injuries incurred during such traumatic experiences. Auto injuries often damage the bodies soft tissues ( muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue). Among these injuries are whiplash; neck, back, and low back injuries; muscle spasms; migraines; headaches; and myofascial pain. I have extensive experience in treating such injuries.
In the state of Oregon, all auto coverage policies include Personal Injury Protection (PIP). This Coverage in your Auto Policy allows you to be treated with Massage Therapy for auto related injuries under your Provider. A Prescription Referral from your Chiropractor, Naturopath, Osteopath, or Medical Doctor is all you need to receive Therapeutic Massage Therapy for your injuries. Your PIP coverage allows for up to 2 years worth of treatment relevant to your auto accident OR until your PIP is exhausted. It is the Patients responsibility to know the relative balance of his/her PIP benefits throughout your treatment.

Clients are always welcome to pay at the time of service to receive this discount, and I am happy to give a super bill for any treatments utilizing this discount so that patients may apply for reimbursements, if they wish.
